The Ambassador of India to Kuwait, His Excellency Mr. Satish C. Mehta, and Mrs Preeti Mehta, hosted a Reception at Hotel Crowne Plaza on January 26, 2012, to celebrate the 63rd Republic Day of India. His Excellency Mr. Khalid Sulaiman Al-Jarallah, Undersecretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State of Kuwait was the Chief Guest at the function. A large number of prominent Kuwaitis from various walks of life, Ambassadors and other members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of Indian Community in Kuwait, representatives of the media and other dignitaries attended the function.
