Applications for Passport and Visa services (except applications for visa for diplomatic/official/special passports and OCI, PIO Card and Emergency Certificate) are being accepted at the Indian Passport and Visa Application Centers (for details visit website: www.bls-international.com
Fee for Passport and Visa services are accepted at the Counter in cash only. Kindly bring exact change. All original documents must be accompanied with a photocopy.
All passports issued from the Embassy of India,

Q. 12 What are the requirements for getting Affidavit of Sponsorship?
Ans. This affidavit is required by the applicant to bring their close relatives to Kuwait. For this, the applicant is required to fill Application Form No. 5 and bring photocopy of passport of the relative as well. More than one names of relatives can be included in one affidavit. The fee for this service is KD 3.350.
