India participates in the 2nd Economic Exhibition organized by MFAAn
Economic Exhibition, organized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA)
(Economic Department), Kuwait, was held on December 4-5 in the
Exhibition Hall at the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development
premises. The event was inaugurated by the Deputy PM and Foreign
Minister H.E. Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled Al Hamed Al Sabah on December 4 at
1900 hrs. The dignitaries present on the occasion included
officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassadors and other
officials of the participating missions. The Exhibition continued till
2100 hrs on December 4, 2011, and from 0900 hrs to 1200 hrs on December
5, 2011. This is the 2nd year in succession that such an Exhibition has
been organized by MFA. The
'India' pavilion was decorated exquisitely with 'Incredible India'
posters. A lot of brochures on Investment opportunities in India,
tourism, including Medical tourism, etc. were displayed. An LCD
screen was installed where DVDs, CDs were played on similar topics. It
was visited by Deputy PM and Foreign Minister H.E. Sheikh Sabah Al
Khaled Al Hamed Al Sabah as well as a large number of other dignitaries.
