Announcement for All Bidders The technical bids of the tender for outsourcing of visa/passport services will be opened on April 16, 2008 at 1100 hrs in the Conference Room of the Embassy of India, Kuwait. The bidders, who have submitted their bids before 1700 hrs on April 9, 2008 as per the guidelines in the tender document, may witness the opening of the technical bids. The bidder/bidder’s representative is requested to bring an authorisation letter to witness opening of the bids. |
