March 29, 2009 PRESS RELEASE On the advice of the Consular Section, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Kuwait, the Embassy of India will only accept typed Affidavits starting April 1, 2009. Handwritten affidavits will no longer be accepted from that date onwards. It may also kindly be noted that the Attestation/Affidavit forms available on the website of the Embassy of India www.indembkwt.org are the only approved forms that are to be used. If needed, the “Facilitation Centre” of the Embassy of India, Kuwait, has the facility for typing out Affidavits and all other forms at very nominal rates. |
