PRESS RELEASE
Embassy of India in Kuwait has signed an agreement with the Visa Processing Services (a Division of M/s BLS Detectives Ltd., New Delhi) for outsourcing its passport and visa services. Under this agreement two centers would be opened by the outsourcing agency – one each in Sharq and Fahaheel for submission of passport and visa applications and distribution of passports after the service. The launch date of both centers would be announced shortly.
