Passport Services

 

 

 

Visa applications will be received between 0900 and 1130 hours on all working days

 
 
 
 
 

Persons of Indian Origin Card (PIO) Scheme Application to be submitted in the prescribed form

 

 

 

 Visa Fee for Kuwaiti Nationals

1.Student visa:
KD 24.500
 
2. All kinds of visa other than student visa up to 6 months
KD 13.000
 
3. One year multi-entry visa
KD 21.000
 
4. More than one year multi entry visa
KD 42.000
 
5. Transfer of visa from old passport to new passport
KD 2.000
 
6. Transit visa valid for 15 days (single / double entry)
KD 3.500  

Note: 1.  No visa Fee is being charged for nationals of Afghanistan, Argentina, Bangladesh, Jamaica, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovak Republic, South Africa and Uruguay.

 2. For information on Visa Fee  in respect of other nationalities, please contact  2530600 ( Extension- 279)

3. Visa form is uniform for all Nationalities (except for Pakistan and Bangladesh nationals)

Tourist Visa / Transit Visa

Submit the application form along with the passport.

Attach 2 recent photographs.

Student VISA

1.Submit visa application form along with the passport

2.Attach 2 recent photographs

3.Submit bank Guarantee of KD. 180/- favoring Indian Embassy

4.Submit letter of admission from Indian Educational Institute in original

5.Submit  statement of Marks and character certificate issued by the School/Institute last attended

Business VISA

1.Submit visa application form along with the passport

2.Attach 2 recent photographs

3.Submit letter from the sponsoring Company indicating nature of business

4.Submit invitation letter from the Indian company

 Persons of Indian Origin Card (PIO) Scheme

                               FEE :  KD 102 for adults

                                          KD 51 for children below the age of 18 years

Documents required

1. A copy of the passport of the applicant.

2. Copies of passports of parents

3. Copy of birth certificate

4. Copies of educational certificates if studied in India

5. Four recent photographs

6. Prescribed application( in duplicate)
