H.E. Sheikh (Dr.) Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs 24-26 August, 2004 Official visit - The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister held meetings with the President, Prime Minister, EAM and the speaker of the Lok Sabha. During the visit the Minister signed (i) Extradition Treaty, (ii) Agreement on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters and (iii) MoU for stablishment of Indo-Kuwait Strategic onsultative Group. The Minister, as current GCC President, also signed the GCC-India Framework Agreement on Economic Cooperation. |
